Impact You'll Make

  • Lead or co-lead the execution of business valuation and litigation support engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Perform and oversee valuation analyses of businesses, securities, and intangible assets in the context of family law, commercial litigation, and dispute matters.
  • Develop and review complex financial models, including discounted cash flow analyses, capitalization of earnings, and market-based approaches.
  • Analyze case materials, including financial records, testimony, and legal filings, to identify key issues and insights.
  • Support and mentor Analysts and Associates, contributing to team development and a collaborative culture.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery of insightful, value-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with engagement leaders to develop workplans, execute analyses, and manage project timelines.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including review of financial statements, tax returns, accounting records, and other relevant documents.
  • Perform business valuation analyses using a variety of methodologies (income, market, and asset approaches).
  • Conduct industry, economic, and company-specific research to support valuation conclusions and expert opinions.
  • Prepare and review written reports, expert reports, and client deliverables, including presentations and graphical exhibits.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of financial theory, valuation methodologies, and accounting principles.
