Job description

Lincoln Tech is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to manage a wide range of employee relations matters, support leaders and HR partners, and help foster a fair, respectful, and engaging workplace culture across a national organization. As part of our team, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, investigator, and mediator, helping drive positive employee experiences and organizational success.. This role can be hybrid or remote.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of employee relations experience
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws including Title VII, ADA, and FMLA
  • Bachelor's degree required (HR or related field preferred)
  • Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough, objective investigations into employee complaints and workplace concerns; document findings and provide recommendations
  • Serve as a neutral mediator to resolve employee conflicts and support positive outcomes
  • Advise leaders and HR partners on policy interpretation and consistent application
  • Respond to administrative agency inquiries, including drafting position statements as needed
  • Design and deliver training on employee relations topics such as workplace conduct and conflict resolution
  • Partner with HR and leadership to address employee concerns and improve workplace culture
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and stay interviews
  • Provide guidance on team dynamics, morale, and workplace climate to proactively address issues
  • Collaborate with Benefits on FMLA, ADA accommodations, and complex leave situations
  • Review background checks and pre-employment screenings in alignment with company policy and legal requirements
