Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' specific needs, situations, and aspirations.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing tailormade support and therapeutic approaches that resonate with each client.
• Lead group therapy sessions, promoting a collaborative atmosphere for sharing and healing among participants.
• Teach coping strategies and self-care techniques to help clients manage their symptoms effectively.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrated experience in providing effective individual, couple, and group counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathetic listening and support.
• Ability to cultivate a non-judgmental atmosphere that fosters trust and openness in therapy.
• Capacity to work independently using strong organizational skills, as well as collaboratively within a team framework.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of clients, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing teletherapy tools and electronic health record systems.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others relevant to client needs.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or preventative mental health programs.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload availability.
