Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments to establish clear treatment objectives tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans based on identified goals, adjusting as required to accommodate client progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and educators to create a cohesive support system that fosters holistic care.
• Maintain accessible, accurate, and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to ensure immediate safety and effective crisis management.
• Engage in clinical supervision and continuing education opportunities, remaining informed on the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health research.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
