Work Environment

This remote role allows you to work from home or any comfortable location that suits you, with the professional support of an outpatient office setting. Our team enjoys a flexible work schedule, typically operating Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will be equipped with the necessary technology and resources to facilitate online therapy sessions effectively. We leverage modern electronic health record systems to streamline administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions through secure online platforms, customizing treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges of clients.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and personal growth.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored care plans, setting measurable goals for recovery and monitoring progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay abreast of current treatment trends and improve service delivery.
• Actively participate in team meetings to contribute ideas that enhance clinic operations, grow client outcomes, and foster a collaborative work culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will support clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our diverse clientele varies in age and backgrounds, providing an enriching environment for therapists to address complex mental health needs. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure in the state of California, holding a credential as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, with demonstrated proficiency in mental health assessment and treatment techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous; proficiency in managing client documentation and data entry is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a remote therapeutic role is a plus.
• Specializations in trauma-informed care or working with specific populations such as children or adolescents can enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits
