Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic techniques.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions to create comprehensive and personalized treatment plans, continuously adapting these plans based on client progress and needs.
• Actively collaborate with other professionals in our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care, sharing insights and strategies for effective treatment.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records using our secure electronic medical record (EMR) system, complying with HIPAA guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often seek support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, and you will play a pivotal role in helping them navigate these difficulties through empathetic listening and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in counseling or mental health roles is highly desired, as it adds depth to your practice.
• Proficiency in teletherapy practices and experience with video conferencing tools will benefit your client interactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective client engagement and collaboration with team members.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and based on your comprehensive skill set.
