Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Trillium Health Center, you will have multi-faceted responsibilities that include:

  • Directly engaging with clients, both in office and virtually, to assess and address their symptoms related to major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.
  • Collaborating effectively with other team members to further collective goals focused on patient health and treatment effectiveness.

  • Performing timely documentation and data reporting to track patient progress and outcomes.

Qualifications
