The Digital Pathology Commercial Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving longterm commercial growth and sales expansion by ensuring customers realize sustained clinical, operational, and financial value from Leica Biosystems and Indica Labs digital pathology solutions. The role owns enterpriselevel customer success across complex anatomical pathology environments, accelerating adoption, deepening solution utilization, and enabling scalable outcomes. Through strong partnership with commercial and sales teams, the role supports retention, expansion opportunities, and longterm revenue growth.

This position reports to the Commercial Development Leader and is part of the Digital Pathology organization and will be fully remote, working with key customers across the North America Region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead customer onboarding, deployment, and enablement to accelerate adoption by pathologists and laboratory teams, establishing a strong foundation for longterm commercial growth.
  • Own and execute enterprise customer success plans, building trusted, strategic relationships that position Leica Biosystems and Indica Labs as longterm partners.
  • Drive measurable value realisation by monitoring and acting on adoption KPIs, including scanner utilisation, clinical signoff, and AI usage, supported by regular gemba engagement at customer sites.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Workflow, Applications, and Support teams to align customer outcomes with expansion, renewal, and future sales opportunities.
  • Proactively nurture customer relationships to identify growth potential, support renewals and solution expansion, and feed customer insights into product roadmap and commercial strategy.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, engineering, or a related discipline, with the ability to translate clinical and technical concepts into commercial value.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in customer success, solutions consulting, healthcare IT, diagnostics, or medical devices, with a strong focus on enterprise customers and longterm value creation.
  • Digital pathology, image management, or AI-enabled diagnostic platforms with proven experience implementing and supporting complex clinical, laboratory, or digital workflows within healthcare or pathology environments.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing enterpriselevel customer relationships, driving adoption, retention, and identifying opportunities for commercial growth and expansion.
  • Experience operating effectively within a matrixed, crossfunctional organisation, collaborating with sales, product, applications, workflow, and support teams to deliver customer and business outcomes.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel approximately 50-70%, including overnight travel.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift or transport training materials or equipment.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working directly with pathologists or anatomical pathology labs.
  • Supporting enterprise health systems or reference laboratories.

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $110K -$140K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
