Job description

PDMI is looking to add a 340B Senior Manager, Account Management to our team! This position is responsible for leading the 340B Account Management team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, strong client relationships, and ongoing program optimization across a portfolio of PDMI's 340B clients. This role oversees 340B Account Managers and Coordinators, driving performance against key metrics, supporting client retention, and ensuring consistent execution of service delivery standards. This position serves as a key liaison between client-facing teams and internal stakeholders, translating client needs and operational insights into actionable improvements across Product, Operations, and Training functions.

We offer transparent, pass-through pharmacy processing and other services for private label Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), vertically integrated health plans and hospital systems. In addition to Pharmacy Benefit Administrative Services, we offer 340B Administration, Hospice and Long-Term Care Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 340B Account Managers and Coordinators, driving performance, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Oversee a portfolio of 340B clients, ensuring strong relationships, high satisfaction, retention, and successful program outcomes.
  • Establish, monitor, and drive performance against key metrics, including service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure consistent execution of processes, workflows, and service standards, while identifying and addressing gaps to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Support the team in managing complex client situations and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Analyze performance trends across the client portfolio to identify risks and opportunities, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Training to align on priorities, reinforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate client feedback and operational insights into actionable recommendations to support product enhancements and roadmap alignment.
  • Lead communication and adoption of product updates, system changes, and process improvements across clients and internal teams.

Work & Education Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare experience required.
  • 7+ years in Account Management or client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy services required.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and performance required.
  • Strong knowledge of 340B program operations and client lifecycle management required.
  • Experience managing client escalations and complex stakeholder relationships required.
  • 340B ACE certification preferred.
