Job description

We are currently seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives.

In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for clients, helping provide information, coordinate appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure a positive customer experience. We are looking for individuals who are organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate professionally with clients and customers
  • Answer general questions and provide information regarding available services
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate virtual appointments
  • Assist with customer follow-ups when necessary
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information
  • Update internal systems and databases
  • Document interactions and important customer information
  • Ensure a professional and positive experience during all customer interactions
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to support daily operations
  • Follow company procedures and communication standards
Work Schedule
  • 100% remote position
  • Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection
  • Flexible scheduling options available
  • Availability required Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Eastern Time)
  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
  • Up to 40 hours per week available
