• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals.
• Provide therapy sessions, document clinical notes, and track progress in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Engage in regular consultations and participate in supervision with fellow clinicians and other professionals, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Take part in multidisciplinary committees and task forces dedicated to enhancing clinical practices and client services.
• Deliver clinical services for special projects or programs, ensuring they align with our mission and meet community needs.
• Meet productivity benchmarks, client satisfaction metrics, and adhere to Key Performance Indicators, demonstrating your commitment to exceptional care.
• Uphold the organization’s core values in daily interactions and maintain compliance with policies and professional standards.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• One to two years of experience in a clinical setting, including an internship during your graduate studies.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, ensuring a conducive working environment.
• Specific vision abilities include the ability to see close-up for documentation and client evaluations.

• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – certification preferred.
• Experience with health psychology, particularly in managing chronic health issues or pain.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for accurate documentation and communication.
