• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans that cater specifically to each individual's situation.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients through individual, group, and family therapy, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness strategies, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care that addresses the diverse needs and challenges faced by clients.
• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, applying your specialized training to assist individuals in high-stress situations.
• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives, advocating for mental health awareness and working to reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

As a mental health therapist at Family Guidance Therapeutic Center, you will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. • An active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity toward working with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to ensure timely documentation and adherence to best practices in clinical care.

• Experience in community mental health settings or working with underserved populations is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
• Certified training in trauma-informed care approaches or crisis intervention is a plus.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on relevant experience and credentials.
