• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, using standard diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to formulate individualized care plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the diverse cultural needs of patients and their families.
• Maintain timely and accurate treatment records and clinical documentation using current technology, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Regularly review and adapt treatment plans to reflect patient progress, applying strategies that promote mental health stability and symptom reduction.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams and external referral agencies to facilitate comprehensive care, ensuring that patients receive the necessary support to heal and thrive.
• Engage in educational activities to mentor students, interns, and volunteers, enhancing their understanding and skills in mental health care.
• With guidance from clinical supervisors, participate in peer review and collaborative clinical discussions to support team member growth and enhance service delivery.

This role is focused on individuals and families affected by cancer, addressing the unique mental health challenges they face. The LCSW will work closely with patients undergoing treatment, providing emotional support and developing therapy strategies that promote resilience and coping.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current State License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory for this position.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health care is strongly preferred.

• Experience working with cancer patients or individuals dealing with chronic health conditions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and patient-centered care practices is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and telehealth services is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
