• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools such as the DSM-5 to create personalized treatment plans that consider cultural diversity and individual circumstances.
• Monitor patient progress continuously, providing targeted interventions to support therapeutic goals and enhance mental health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices in clinical record management.
• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop detailed treatment plans, integrating their goals and desired outcomes effectively.
• Coordinate communication between patients and additional treatment providers, facilitating referrals and ensuring a cohesive care experience.
• Engage in mentorship activities, supporting the development of students, interns, and new team members through education and guidance.
• Participate in clinical supervision meetings to foster team collaboration, enhance skills through peer reviews, and continuously improve care practices.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas is required.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
