Position Summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition leadership team. This role is responsible for leading corporate recruiting while providing day-to-day leadership and coaching to an assigned team of recruiters and Divisional Staffing Coordinators (DSCs). The Talent Acquisition Manager partners with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, improve hiring outcomes, and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a hands-on recruiting leader who enjoys both recruiting and developing others. They are equally comfortable filling difficult leadership positions, coaching recruiters, building recruiting strategies, and improving recruiting processes. This person leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is energized by solving difficult hiring challenges.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and key operational positions nationwide.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance support for an assigned team of recruiters and Divisional Staffing Coordinators.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, understand workforce needs, and fill critical positions.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
  • Assist the Director of Recruiting & Talent Acquisition with workload management, recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and team performance to ensure hiring goals and service levels are achieved.
  • Train and coach hiring managers and recruiting team members on recruiting best practices, interview techniques, and ATS processes.
  • Utilize iCIMS, Sigma reporting, and recruiting analytics to identify trends, improve recruiting effectiveness, and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures.
  • Support employer branding, career fairs, internship programs, military recruiting, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Consistently demonstrate the behaviors that support HCSG's Purpose, Vision, Values, and DNA.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Five or more years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, healthcare, multi-site, or high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Two or more years experience leading, mentoring, or supervising recruiters or recruiting teams; remote team management experience a plus
  • Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple functional areas.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms. iCIMS experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships, coach others, manage competing priorities, and utilize recruiting metrics to drive results.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.
  • Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
