    Position Overview

    Valley of Lily Psychotherapy Services is urgently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a full-time remote position. As an LMHC, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients facing a variety of mental health challenges.     Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through clinical interviews and standardized screening tools to create effective treatment plans.
    • Develop crisis intervention strategies that empower clients and support their emotional stability, including pre-crisis assessments and behavioral guidelines.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring clear communication across all stages of the treatment process.
    • Actively engage in program accreditation processes to uphold the high standards of care within the organization.
    Patient Population / Client Focus

    Qualifications

    • Must be license eligible per Massachusetts state requirements to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

    Preferred Experience
