The Spanish Bilingual HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team and serves as a key point of contact for team members, leaders, candidates, and visitors. This role is responsible for coordinating a wide range of HR activities including payroll support, onboarding, recruiting administration, HR systems, records management, front desk support, and general office coordination. The HR Coordinator helps ensure a positive team member experience by delivering timely, accurate, and customer focused HR support while maintaining confidentiality and supporting compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

YOUR IMPACT:

These duties are not meant to be all inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Human Resources office by greeting visitors, answering questions, directing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Support front desk operations including answering and routing phone calls, managing HR voicemail inquiries, and assisting visitors, candidates, and team members.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members including I-9 verification, badge photo coordination, new hire documentation, and orientation logistics.

  • Coordinate new hire welcome activities including ordering meals, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring a positive first day experience.

  • Provide administrative support for recruiting activities including interview coordination, candidate communications, and pre-employment processes.

  • Support payroll administration by processing personnel action forms, entering paid time off transactions, and assisting with payroll audits and reporting.

  • Assist with attendance administration including generating attendance documentation and maintaining attendance records within HR systems.

  • Provide professional English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English interpretation for employees, supervisors, and HR team members on employee-related matters.

  • Translate HR documents, policies, procedures, forms, announcements, training materials, and other employee communications between English and Spanish.

  • Process HR transactions and maintain accurate team member records within UKG and other HR information systems.

  • Support leave administration by assisting with documentation, tracking, and payroll related transactions as directed.

  • Administer boot reimbursement and other HR reimbursement programs in accordance with company policies.

  • Coordinate office and administrative activities including office supply requests, incoming and outgoing mail, and campus communications.

  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, prepare reports, and assist with HR event coordination.

  • Ensure confidential handling of sensitive team member information while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • One or more years of administrative, human resources, payroll, or customer service experience.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Experience supporting Human Resources within a manufacturing environment.

Pay Range:

$46,300.00 - $71,300.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
