As an HR Intern at YCC, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting the employees and volunteers who work tirelessly to change lives. This unpaid internship is perfect for individuals seeking real-world HR experience in a mission-driven organization that values compassion, collaboration, and innovation.


What You’ll Do

As an intern, you won’t just observe—you’ll actively contribute to important HR functions like:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Learn how to attract top talent by crafting job postings, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.
    • Assist with onboarding new employees and creating a welcoming experience.
  2. Employee Engagement
