Real Estate Acquisition Specialists are professionals who specialize in the purchase and disposition of property assets. Responsibilities:
  • Acquisitions agent to acquire distressed real estate in Southern California.
  • Bring in/find leads, on-market, or off-market.
  • Foster relationships with agents and sellers.
  • Acquisitions agent will underwrite properties to determine if they are fix and flip worthy.
  • Visit properties and create a relationship with the seller/agent, make an offer on the property, and manage the property through the entire escrow process, start-to-finish.
  • Developing acquisition plans and strategies to support organizational objectives and operations.
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with suppliers and service providers to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Managing the entire procurement process from the initial need identification to the final acquisition.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards during the acquisition process.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to assess needs and specifications for goods and services.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and industry professionals to stay informed on market changes.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent Customer service.
  • Market research experience.
  • Ability to maintain records for procurement activities.
  • Prior experience Supporting contract administration and management.
  • Must be willing to work both in office and in the field.
  • Experience acquiring distressed real estate in southern California.
  • Excellent background in fostering / building solid relationships with Brokers, Real Estate, Investors.
  • Understanding project costs.
  • Real estate / Acquisitions background preferred.

Education:
  • B.A Preferred/ or Equivalent experience.

Compensation:
  • $22.00- $30.00 Hourly + Performance Bonus- (TBD).
