Our Revenue Cycle Management team is seeking to fill a new position with a detail-oriented RCM Performance Analyst to monitor billing data, identify issues, and deliver clear monthly reports and dashboards that keep physicians informed on the financial health of their practice. This role is about knowing what to look for in the data, recognizing when something is off, and communicating it in a way that a busy physician can quickly understand and act on. If you have a strong foundation in medical billing, experience in Excel, and the ability to turn numbers into a clear story, we encourage you to apply today.

What You'll Do:
Reporting & Physician Communication:
  • Prepare clear, concise monthly report cards and dashboard summaries for client practices so leadership can see the full picture at a glance.
  • Deliver monthly performance updates to practice physicians that clearly summarize billing issues, denial patterns, reimbursement gaps, and recommended next steps.
  • Generate and communicate financial data reports with the Finance department to support accurate client management fee processing.
Data Monitoring & Analysis:
  • Monitor billing and collections data to identify trends, flag anomalies, and surface opportunities to improve reimbursement.
  • Monitor revenue cycle metrics over time and track whether previously identified issues have been resolved.
  • Coordinate with RCM billing staff to gather context behind data irregularities before escalating to physicians.
Operations & Documentation:
  • Audit existing billing and collections procedures and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain documentation of trends, audit findings, and reporting history for each client practice.
  • Reconcile accounts against bank records monthly.
  • Provide reporting support and data training to billing staff as needed.
  • Partner with RCM Leadership on special projects as they arise.

  • 3+ years working in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting).
  • Solid understanding of billing workflows, insurance claims, and RCM metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks, Medisys, or similar EHR/practice management systems.
  • Familiarity with CPT/ICD coding and denial trend analysis.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Health Administration, Business, Finance, or a related area).
