What You'll Do as a Quality Specialist Intern

As a Quality Specialist Intern, you will:

  • Support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements, ensuringsafety and qualityare embedded in plans and practices.
  • Assist with maintaining Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics, while demonstratingownershipand diligence.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of routine problems, drivingcontinuous improvement and innovation.
  • Support research and analysis of performance reports with accuracy and responsibility to enhance process capability.
  • Prepare for hardware, software, and system-level audits, supportingtrustworthy transparencyand compliance.
  • Compile data for material review disposition, through respectful collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Thesepositionsare expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications

  • Be currently enrolled in a college or university with expected graduation on or after August 2027.
  • Availability to work full-time for 10 - 12 weeks during Summer 2027.
  • Meet Export Control compliance as a "U.S. Person" (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

    • Majoring in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Operations, Project Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Management, Programming, Systems Engineering and Management, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or related fields.
    • Strong academic performance (GPA 3.0 or above).
    • Previous internships, work experience, or involvement in student or civic organizations demonstrating leadership and teamwork.
    • Passion for aerospace industry and eagerness to contribute to Boeing's mission.
    • Willingness to relocate and work onsite at designated locations.
