Job Duties:

  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations; lead HR-related policy setup, process optimization, and ensure compliance through internal and external audits.
  • Work as liaison between US and Corporate, providing insights on HR findings and issues, continuous improvement recommendations, and regular HR reports.
  • Partner with operations leaders to align HR with business strategies, providing professional suggestions to drive team performance improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, and report HR data to evaluate labor efficiency, training effectiveness, and cost savings across all departments using HRIS system, R, Python, and MATLAB Neural Network Engine.
  • Maintain, update, and optimize HRIS system to meet strategic needs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage personnel records related to hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations using HRIS and ADP.
  • Hire, interview, and evaluate job applicants, performing searches through databases, networks, referrals, and job fairs.
  • Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment, including resource planning with operations, multi-channel talent acquisition, onboarding, and orientation programs.
  • Select, develop, and manage operations talents; lead succession planning and talent pipeline development; coach and advise managers on employee development.
  • Address employee relations issues, conduct internal investigations, resolve complaints, and establish efficient communication channels within teams.
  • Conduct exit interviews, ensure compliance with termination paperwork, and update HR records accordingly.
  • Manage the performance management process to ensure alignment of company strategy and objectives at all organizational levels.
  • Provide management with training and information related to interviewing, appraisals, counseling techniques, and documentation of performance issues.
  • Develop and implement recruiting and retention strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Make annual personnel cost budgets based on resource planning; monitor actual monthly costs and provide detailed labor cost analysis and reporting using ADP and data analysis tools.
  • Conduct annual total reward benchmarking to evaluate company competitiveness both locally and within the industry.
  • Administer payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery through ADP.
  • Manage all benefits programs, including annual renewal and negotiation, revising plan structures, optimizing open enrollment, and benefit reconciliation.
  • Review and evaluate applicant qualifications, conduct reference and background checks, and assess eligibility against established standards.
  • Confer with management to develop and implement personnel policies and provide HR guidance for organizational planning. Coordinate with staffing agencies to secure temporary employees as needed.
  • Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance with standards; research and recommend improvements to testing and assessment techniques.
  • Work closely with legal teams and external law firms for immigration and visa matters, prepare necessary documentation, and maintain secure records.
  • Lead HR-related internal or external audits to ensure compliance with laws and company standards

Requirement:

  • Master degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
