As a Transportation Engineer or Planner with 2-4 years of experience, you are building on a strong technical foundation and beginning to take on greater ownership in your work. This role represents an important step in your career-where you move from primarily executing tasks to helping shape project approaches, leading efforts, and mentoring others.
You'll work on a wide range of planning and engineering projects, developing both your technical expertise and your ability to manage projects, support clients, and contribute to the success of your team.
