Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and practices, with expertise in model deployment, data mining, and database design. This role involves leveraging advanced technologies to solve complex problems and contribute to innovative projects.

Duties

  • Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions that meet project requirements.
  • Deploy machine learning models and ensure their effective integration into existing systems.
  • Utilize Hadoop for big data processing and analysis.
  • Conduct data mining to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project specifications and timelines.
  • Use Talend for data integration and transformation tasks.
  • Write efficient SQL queries for database management and reporting purposes.
  • Engage in quantum engineering projects, applying principles of quantum mechanics to engineering challenges.
  • Create and maintain databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer, with experience in deploying Generative AI based solutions in production.
  • Experience working on cutting-edge technologies to solve problems using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Fine tuning LLMs, Prompt tuning, Graph RAGs, Knowledge graphs, etc.
  • Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and probabilistic modeling.
  • Proficiency in modern data science tools and frameworks, such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, JAX, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
  • Experience designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines and processing systems.
  • Experience working with server-side frameworks like FastAPI as well as API development, documentation, and versioning.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with version control systems (Git).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior colleagues and interns.
