Job Summary:
Player 15 Group is the sports and entertainment company behind the Phoenix Suns (NBA), Phoenix Mercury (WNBA), Valley Suns (G League), and Mortgage Matchup Center.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Coordinator to assist team members with supporting live presentation elements, including the production of in-game assets and innovative features that will improve fan experiences, retain ticket holders and fulfill partner objectives.
What You Will Do:
  • Oversee all internal and external Phoenix Mercury and Valley Suns mascot appearance bookings including the processing of all payments and performer Invoicing and serve as mascot handler for all game days, events and external appearances.
  • Assist in the ideation, writing, and production of all Phoenix Mercury and Valley Suns mascot skits, stunts, videos, and other in-game features including set design and prop creation.
  • Responsible for maintaining and organizing all Phoenix Mercury and Valley Suns mascot props, deliveries, vehicles, etc. ensuring everything is in working condition and that a proper maintenance schedule is adhered to.
  • Assist Manager in booking Valley Suns anthem and halftime performers and act as lead stage manager on game days including overseeing court rehearsals and 602 Crew.

What We Need From Our Coordinator:
  • Live Entertainment and production skills preferred
  • Ability to work creatively and communicate those ideas efficiently
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Able to work odd hours including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of related experience in sporting events; previous NBA experience highly preferred
