Our client — a nationally recognized heavy commercial GC with a portfolio spanning hospitality, gaming, entertainment, healthcare, aviation, and public works across the Western U.S. — is hiring a Project Manager for a landmark arena in Reno. You'll manage from preconstruction through final turnover on a venue that will host sports, concerts, and conventions for generations. They're moving qualified candidates through interviews fast.

What You'll Do
- Manage all project phases from preconstruction through turnover
- Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
- Develop and maintain budgets and cost forecasts; manage contracts, subcontracts, POs, and change orders
- Monitor financial performance; prepare monthly reports and executive updates
- Lead subcontractor and owner meetings; manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation
- Partner with Project Executives, Superintendents, owners, architects, and consultants
- Monitor critical path activities and implement recovery plans when needed
- Coordinate long-lead procurement and material deliveries
- Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, consultants, and trade partners
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related preferred
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management with a GC
- Large-scale project experience — $50M+ preferred
- Arena, stadium, hospitality, casino, convention center, airport, or healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Command of contracts, budgets, scheduling, and project controls
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or P6
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
