POSITION SUMMARY:                

We’re seeking an MEP Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems from preconstruction through closeout on Sports and Entertainment projects. This role puts you at the center of complex, large scale construction, where your problem solving skills and leadership drive teams and projects to success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage all MEP scopes on large, complex Sports and Entertainment projects from planning through completion
  • Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with contract documents, codes, and performance requirements
  • Coordinate MEP activities with design teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and field leadership to ensure seamless integration
  • Support preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, scope development, value engineering, and subcontractor buyout
  • Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for MEP related communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop project team members to maximize performance and long-term growth
  • Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across future projects

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of project management experience specializing in MEP systems on large-scale, complex construction projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
  • Experience managing complicated projects, preferably in Sports & Entertainment, arenas, or stadiums is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation project environments

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000.  We consider many factors when determining actual hiring salary.  These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
