Internship Overview   

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Project Management Team! The Project Management Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.

Internship Projects and Responsibilities   

  • Residential New Product Development Smartsheet Control Center Evolution
    • Assist with updates to existing tools, links, dashboards from Fall 2026 roll-out
    • Additional templates, linking, dashboards & reporting
    • Potential expansion to include other project types
  • Portfolio Management 
    • Develop tools and processes for management of cross-functional unit projects to ensure visibility
  • Project Management Standard work
    • Work with project managers and other cross-functional stakeholders
    • Develop standard work operations for routine processes to aid in onboarding, consistent use of tools and processes, and determine gaps
