RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in Miami, FL.
Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator. You'll be responsible for overseeing projects during their initial intake, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all project requirements, and timelines are met. You will perform a wide range of operational tasks at various stages of the pipeline, focused mainly on intake and room building, while collaborating across departments to ensure accurate models are created for divisions' marketing needs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Organize multiple projects across different pipelines, ensuring timely movement of assets into room building
* Coordinate and monitor project hand-off to external vendor partners, ensuring they have the necessary information for project creation
* Communicate with internal teams and vendors and monitor progress to ensure the project stays on track during intake
* Professionally communicate with stakeholders regarding project statuses, potential delays, or any other areas of concern
* Support quality control efforts to ensure projects meet room building requirements and adhere to company standards
* Assist in developing new products and initiatives, providing operational support where needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field
* Internship, Assistant or Administrative roles in project-based work
* Experience with project management software like Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, etc.
* Strong familiarity with architectural plans and specifications, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as CAD drawings, landscaping plans, site maps and specifications
* Strong organization and multitasking skills, including the ability to manage schedules, deadlines and documentation, are required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
