Internships can be paid or unpaid and typically last for a set period, such as a summer or semester. These programs help interns develop professional connections, enhance their resumes, and sometimes lead to full-time job opportunities after completion.

Internship programs typically assign interns a mix of hands-on tasks and supportive duties within a team setting. Responsibilities may include assisting with ongoing projects, conducting research, attending meetings, and collaborating with full-time employees. These experiences are designed to help interns develop practical skills, build a professional network, and better understand potential career paths within the organization.
