What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an intern using Procreate, and why are they important?

To succeed as a Procreate intern, you need foundational skills in digital illustration or design, typically supported by coursework or a portfolio showcasing relevant work. Familiarity with Procreate's tools, layers, and brush settings on the iPad, as well as basic knowledge of file formats and exporting artwork, is important. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to take feedback are valuable soft skills that help interns grow and adapt in a creative environment. These competencies ensure that interns can produce high-quality digital art efficiently, collaborate with teams, and develop their skills in a professional setting.

What is an Internship Procreate?

An Internship Procreate typically refers to an internship position where interns use Procreate, a popular digital illustration app, as part of their creative work. These internships are often found in fields such as graphic design, animation, or digital art, where proficiency in Procreate is valuable for creating artwork, storyboards, or design assets. Interns may assist with projects, develop their portfolios, and gain hands-on experience using Procreate professionally. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build skills in digital illustration and gain industry exposure.

As a Procreate intern, you'll typically assist with digital illustration, concept art, or visual design projects using the Procreate app. You'll likely collaborate with experienced artists and designers, contributing to everything from brainstorming creative ideas to refining artwork for client or in-house projects.
