Familiarity with legal research platforms like Westlaw or LexisNexis, and knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR or CCPA, are commonly expected. What are some common challenges faced by an internship privacy attorney, and how can they be addressed?

Internship Privacy Attorneys often encounter challenges such as navigating the complex and evolving landscape of data protection laws, managing sensitive information, and balancing legal requirements with business objectives. Interns must quickly familiarize themselves with regulations like GDPR or CCPA and understand how these laws impact company policies and practices.
