Location: Grantsville, UT

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour, plus shift differential where applicable.

What’s a typical day as Quality Inspector? You’ll be:
  • Performing routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels throughout production
  • Inspecting in-process and finished assemblies and sub-assemblies for compliance with quality assurance standards
  • Reading and following visual aids, engineering change notices, and operating procedures to determine product acceptance or rejection
  • Conducting visual inspections using magnifying glass, lot sampling methods, first article checks, and AOI machines
  • Entering inspection results into computerized MES systems to indicate pass or failure
  • Adhering to all safety, health, and security regulations as directed by supervisors
  • Documenting and reporting inspection results with accuracy and timeliness
  • Communicating quality issues, risks, and resolutions to production, engineering, and leadership teams
  • Maintaining and implementing Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control procedures
  • Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving quality-related problems
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and ongoing training
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent, and at least 2 years of relevant production or quality assurance experience
  • Possess experience in printed circuit board manufacturing or a related technical field (preferred)
  • Hold QC certification (preferred)
  • Demonstrate understanding of quality control principles and inspection methods
  • Have proficiency in maintaining and implementing ESD controls
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can learn new processes and technologies quickly
  • Show exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Are committed to workplace safety and strict adherence to quality standards
