Job description

About the role

We sell and support DTF printing equipment, heat presses, and consumables. This is a hands-on production role that touches several parts of the operation — you'll run DTF printers, inspect product, press transfers, and get orders packed and out the door. If you like variety and don't want to be stuck doing one thing all day, this is a good fit.

What you'll do

  • Operate DTF printers: load film, run jobs, monitor print quality,
  • Perform quality control checks on prints, equipment,
  • Operate heat presses to apply transfers
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders; print labels and stage freight
  • Keep the production area clean, organized, and stocked
  • Basic routine maintenance on printers and presses (cleaning, wiping stations, nozzle checks)
  • Help out wherever the day's workload needs it

What we're looking for

  • Reliable and on time — this matters more than experience
  • Detail-oriented; you can spot a print defect before it ships
  • Comfortable on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Able to follow written procedures and learn equipment quickly
  • Basic computer skills (order systems, email, printing labels)
  • DTF, screen printing, garment decorating, or warehouse experience is a plus — but we will train the right person

Company Description

Printomize America supplies direct-to-film (DTF) printing equipment, heat presses, UV flatbed printers, and the consumables that keep them running — film, powder, and inks. We're based in Torrance and ship nationwide to print shops, apparel decorators, promotional product companies, and people starting their first business out of a garage. We're a small team, which means everyone here touches multiple parts of the operation and gets to see how the whole thing works.
