Description

The Quality Control Specialist receives, inspects, folds, and counts finished garments from the end of the conveyor at the completion of the curing cycle. The QC Specialist also verifies accuracy of finished embroidered and transferred garments. The QC Specialist reports directly to the ProPrint Manager.


Abilities Required

  • Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Clear handwriting skills.
  • Basic math skills and ability to count and retain numerical information.
  • Read & understand English
  • Be familiar with industry language and terminology.
  • Basic computer navigation skills.
  • Ability to effectively and comfortably lead and communicate with co-workers.
  • Extreme attention to detail and expert organizational skills.
  • Be comfortable on your feet for the duration of your shift.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Check dryer temperature setting to ensure proper ink curing depending on the type of ink, garment, etc.
  • Approve Press Operator test prints prior to production
  • Receives, inspects, folds, and counts finished garments from the end of the conveyor at the completion of the curing cycle.
  • Inspect & remove print imperfections from garments (spot gun cleaning)
  • Ensure finished boxes are moved to correct locations.

  • Consistently showing up for work on time and putting in extra time when required
  • Maintaining 100% accuracy on orders
  • Folding and packing garments with a Retail/Showroom "WOW" effect
