Program Overview:
UPS Digital, formerly UPS Capital, is evolving into a technology-driven business unit focused on creating innovative digital solutions that power commerce and logistics. As part of this transformation, we're excited to launch our 2027 Summer Internship Program, offering students hands-on experience within one of our key departments aligned to their skills, interests, and career goals. Beyond their primary assignments, interns will have opportunities to collaborate across teams, gain insight into different areas of the business, and develop a well-rounded understanding of how a modern, tech-focused corporate environment operates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to projects and day-to-day activities within your assigned department to support business goals.
  • Conduct research and provide analysis to help drive team objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues on key initiatives.
  • Shadow other departments to gain a broader perspective of the company's operations and strategic goals.
  • Attend company-wide events, presentations, and cross-functional meetings to learn more about the organization's overall structure and goals.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or a recent graduate within the last 24 months.
