Job description

Rally Point Management has OCONUS openings in the CENTCOM AOR for experienced screeners.


Title:

Background Screener

Description:

Conduct screenings, complete reports and do all necessary background checks on locally
employed persons screened.Conduct screenings, complete reports and do all necessary background checks on locally employed persons.

Screening consists of an in-depth interview utilizing a standardized interview method supported/approved by the Installation Access Application (IAA) and Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI); records checks; and biometric enrollment. The contractor shall utilize equipment furnished by the government to include NRTIO biometrics, PCASS, and CELLEX equipment at each site.

Sites will work in concert with the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS), Site Security Manager (SSM), and necessary biometrics databases to accomplish required screenings.

The screening process shall be conducted in accordance with applicable USCENTCOM and USAFCENT security directives and the established standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

Have experience working as: a special agent for a DOD Military Criminal Investigative Organization (e.g. OSI, NCIS, CID), a special agent for a DOD Defense Counterintelligence Investigative Organization (e.g. OSI, NCIS, Army CI),DOD military law enforcement or criminal investigations experience (including but not limited to: USAF Security Forces, USA/USMC Military Police, or US Navy Master-at-Arms) with five (5) years experience, DOD HUMINT/Source handling career field (including but not limited to military job series: 35L, 35M, 180A, 18F, 35E, 1N7X1) with a minimum of four (4) years field experience (not including training time), or civilian law enforcement with five (5) years experience.
Have experience with screening, screening tasks and/or investigative questioning techniques and knowledge of SIPRNet search engines and database retrieval tools, such as I2AR, QueryTree, Catapult,, and M3.


Have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five (5) years equivalent work experience. The Bachelor's Degree requirement may be substituted for nine (9) years relevant work experience.
Have five (5) years of management experience.

Must have a current U.S. Secret clearance.

Have no criminal record.

Be at least 22 years of age.

Be a U.S. Citizen.

Possess a current US passport with 2 years remaining before expiration.


Comply with necessary CENTCOM clearance, training, immunizations, and medical requirements.
