Join the True Rx Health Strategists team as our Senior Financial Analyst!

We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in shaping strategic decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and business partnership.
100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.
What You'll Do:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by providing financial guidance and decision support to executive leadership and key business partners. You'll help drive business performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and build scalable financial processes that support organizational growth.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting processes.
  • Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to leaders across the organization.
  • Develop financial models, profitability analyses, business cases, and scenario planning for strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate growth opportunities, investments, and operational initiatives to support informed decision-making.
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support enterprise projects and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with Analytics, IT, and business stakeholders to improve financial reporting, data quality, and process efficiency.
  • Support workforce planning, labor analysis, headcount forecasting, and organizational modeling efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline processes, and enhance financial planning capabilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects across the Finance function.

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis experience.
  • Experience supporting executive decision-making through financial analysis and business case development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and initiative.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, data visualization tools, or similar analytical platforms.
  • Experience working with large datasets and partnering with analytics or business intelligence teams.
  • Healthcare, PBM, insurance, or other highly regulated industry experience.
  • Experience supporting strategic growth initiatives and operational planning efforts.
