You can get out on the open road with Arc Herkimer!

Starting rate $23, Monday – Friday split shifts to full days, 37.5 hours per week. Optional overtime may be available.
Full Time and Part Time positions available! 

18+ years old, valid New York State Class B CDL, with passenger and school endorsements preferred. Will consider candidate with NYS Class B CDL license or permit.

Must be able to meet all NYS DMV Article 19A requirements.

You’re the first face people with disabilities see in the morning, and the last face in the afternoon! As a Bus Driver, you:

  • Transport individuals in a safe manner
  • Assist individuals with special needs with entering or exiting bus
  • Communicate with staff regarding emergent situations that may occur during transport
  • Perform pre- and post-trip checks, keep transport logs, and maintain vehicle cleanliness
  • Have an opportunity to complete community charters and contract trips
