Descripción del Puesto:
Estamos buscando un Runner con experiencia en la gestión de compras y mensajería para unirse a nuestro equipo en Puerto Rico. Esta posición es crucial para brindar apoyo operativo y administrativo mediante la gestión de diligencias, entrega y recogido de documentos, materiales y equipos, así como cualquier otra gestión logística necesaria para apoyar la continuidad de los proyectos de ingeniería y construcción. Este puesto requiere una persona organizada, responsable, proactiva y con capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas de manera eficiente y debe conocer y utilizar adecuadamente los equipos de seguridad
Responsabilidades:
  • Realizar diligencias relacionadas con proyectos, oficinas gubernamentales, suplidores y clientes.
  • Entregar y recoger documentos, contratos, permisos, planos y otros documentos importantes.
  • Transportar materiales, herramientas y equipos entre oficinas, almacenes y proyectos.
  • Apoyar en la coordinación y distribución de suministros para proyectos y oficinas
  • Gestionar trámites administrativos ante agencias gubernamentales, bancos, correos y otras entidades.
  • Realizar depósitos bancarios, pagos y recogido de cheques según sea requerido.
  • Apoyar en la organización, archivo y distribución de documentación.
  • Dar seguimiento a gestiones asignadas y reportar su estatus oportunamente
  • Coordinar entregas urgentes para los proyectos de construcción.
  • Apoyar a supervisores y gerentes de proyecto con necesidades operacionales puntuales.
  • Verificar que las entregas realizadas cuenten con la documentación requerida.
  • Mantener en buen estado los vehículos y equipos asignados.

Requisitos:
  • Licencia de conducir vigente y récord de conductor aceptable. Categoría pesada deseable (no indispensable).
  • Saber Manejo de Vehículo de cambios (sincrónico)
  • Manejo de carretones o arrastre (no indispensable).
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestiones de compras y mensajería.
  • Deseable adiestramiento en seguridad de 10 horas de OSHA (no indispensable).
  • Conocimiento básico de rutas, direcciones y navegación GPS.
  • Buen manejo del tiempo y sentido de urgencia.
  • Habilidades básicas de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Conocimiento básico de Microsoft Office y aplicaciones móviles.
  • Capacidad física para levantar objetos de hasta 50 lb y usar escaleras.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y adaptarse a los cambios.
  • Disponibilidad para interactuar constantemente con proveedores, empleados y subcontratistas.
