Looking for more than just a place to collect supervision hours?
At Seeds2Succeed Wellness & Therapy, we believe your clinical internship should be a time of growth, confidence-building, and professional development, not just checking a box. We're looking for compassionate, motivated Clinical Social Work Interns who are eager to learn, develop strong clinical skills, and become part of a collaborative team that truly invests in its clinicians.
With four Nevada Board-approved Clinical Supervisors on staff, you'll receive quality mentorship, consistent support, and exposure to a variety of clinical perspectives as you work toward licensure.
If you're passionate about helping others and want to build your career in an environment that values excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning, we'd love to meet you.
About Seeds2Succeed

Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while creating a supportive environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive.
We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative culture where clinicians are encouraged to ask questions, develop their unique therapeutic style, and continue growing professionally.
What You'll Do
As a Clinical Social Work Intern, you will:
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide outpatient therapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and fellow clinicians regarding client care.
  • Participate in weekly supervision and case consultation.
  • Continue expanding your knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and best practices.
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:

  • Eligibility to register as a Clinical Social Worker Intern (CSW-I) in Nevada.
  • A passion for providing ethical, client-centered mental health care.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with adolescents and/or adults is preferred but not required.
Schedule
  • Part-time position.
  • Approximately 10–15 client sessions per week.
  • Typically three or four 5-hour shifts per week (approximately 15 - 20 hours).
  • This is an in-person position based in our Henderson, NV office.
Compensation
  • $45–$60 per clinical hour, depending on experience.
  • Compensation for approved non-clinical responsibilities.
  • Consistent supervision and mentorship included.
Why Join Seeds2Succeed?
When you join our team, you'll receive:
  • Weekly individual clinical supervision with experienced, Nevada Board-approved supervisors.
  • Access to four board-approved supervisors with diverse clinical backgrounds.
  • A welcoming, collaborative team culture.
  • Ongoing mentorship beyond supervision.
  • Opportunities for continued professional development and training.
  • Administrative support so you can focus on clinical care.
  • A positive work environment that values integrity, compassion, and work-life balance.
Our Ideal Candidate
You are someone who:
  • Is dependable, professional, and accountable.
  • Has a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Enjoys learning and welcomes constructive feedback.
  • Communicates well and values collaboration.
  • Is organized and committed to high-quality clinical documentation.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and strong ethical standards.
  • Wants to grow into an exceptional clinician—not simply complete internship hours.
Ready to Grow With Us?
If you're excited about receiving exceptional supervision, building strong clinical skills, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you.
