Job description

Support one of the U.S. Air Force's premier operational Human Performance programs in Germany. Advise Wing and Group leadership and help elite tactical professionals optimize readiness, resilience, and cognitive performance (roughly 90% operational, 10% clinical).

Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany (on-site). We are recruiting U.S.-based professionals with an active TS/SCI clearance who are ready to relocate. Relocation assistance and full OCONUS living support provided.

Compensation: Base salary $250,000 to $282,000, plus employer-supported housing, cost-of-living and post-differential support, home-leave, relocation, and full benefits. U.S. citizens working overseas may qualify for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion, which can meaningfully improve after-tax take-home (eligibility varies; consult a tax advisor).

What you will do:

  • Personnel assessment and selection for specialized and leadership positions
  • Evidence-based resilience, cognitive-performance, and leadership training
  • Post-incident and post-mission support

What you need:

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (APA-accredited) with APA-accredited internship
  • Active, unrestricted U.S. psychology license
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Four or more years in a DoD or Federal behavioral health environment
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility to relocate to and work in Germany
