The Radiologic Technologist prepares patients for radiologic procedures, takes x-rays following established procedures to assist in the diagnosis and/or treatment of patients.

This is a casual, Radiologic Technologist position providing primary services at our North and East campuses. Must have availability to cover shifts between 7:30am and 8pm. Primary campuses will be Blaine, Forest Lake, Vadnais Heights, Woodlake and Hastings. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology with current ARRT registration.

  • Fluent in digital radiology technology.
  • Possess advanced computer skills, including working knowledge of multiple computer applications and equipment, such as PACS, Outlook, and EMR.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
  • Medical office and exam room settings.
  • Frequent contact with variety of people.

Summit's hiring range for this position is $32.60 to $40.75 per hour. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. In addition to our base salary, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package that aligns with our vision of leading a healthy and active lifestyle. If you are hired at Summit, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

Qualifications
Education Associates of Radiologic Technology (required)
Experience 1 year in a health care setting preferred.
Courses in anatomy, physiology and medical terminology, preferred. (preferred)
1 years: One to three years of experience as X-ray technologist, preferably in physician practice environment.
Associate's degree in radiological technology from accredited radiography program.
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration required. (preferred)
