• Conduct detailed assessments of patient conditions, utilizing standardized evaluation tools to establish a comprehensive understanding of each individual's needs.
• Create tailored treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based interventions, emphasizing orthopedic rehabilitation strategies.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and manual therapy techniques, to enhance patient recovery.
• Provide education to patients regarding posture, ergonomics, and self-management strategies to prevent future injuries.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, and multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss patient cases, share insights, and contribute to best practices in therapy.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and interns, fostering a learning environment conducive to professional growth.

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and those diagnosed with chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will help patients improve their functional abilities, regain mobility, and alleviate discomfort. You will engage with a diverse demographic, enabling you to develop a wide range of therapeutic techniques suited to various conditions and individual patient needs.

• Must hold a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly encouraged.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and experience in treating sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management.
• Experience working with electronic medical record systems to maintain accurate documentation and patient tracking.
• A strong understanding of functional movement assessments and exercise prescription tailored to the orthopedic population.
