Position Details

Location: Sebastopol, CA

Coverage Area: May occasionally float to nearby clinics in Guerneville and Occidental

Setting: Primary Care / Outpatient Clinic

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Occasional evening shifts: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
What You'll Do
  • Welcome and room patients for appointments
  • Obtain and document vital signs accurately
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient care and clinical procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and patient support
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
  • Travel between clinic locations as needed to support patient care

  • Minimum 6 months of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting
  • Experience with patient intake, rooming patients, and obtaining vital signs
