We're seeking interns to join our Preconstruction or Operations teams who are eager to learn, ready to work hard, and excited to tackle new challenges.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Preconstruction:
    • Assist in the estimating process, including attending pre-bids, completing quantity take-offs, and conducting subcontractor bid solicitations
  • Assist in developing project schedules and reports
  • Operations:
    • Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in the daily coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assist with completing document control procedures such as drawing logs, RFIs, and submittals
  • Provide assistance to field personnel as needed

Required Skills:
  • Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively and take direction
  • Basic knowledge of construction techniques. Scheduling experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of estimating, engineering, scheduling, and project management software is a plus

Required Experience:
  • Familiar with construction concepts
  • Candidates must be junior or senior level students working towards a 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited university
