Job description

ADVERTISEMENT SUMMARY

Engineering talent is in high demand-but not every role respects work-life balance. This position is designed for engineers who want meaningful technical challenges, geographic flexibility, and a culture that values results over optics.

Our biggest opportunity-and challenge-comes from seven years of rapid acquisitions that have left us with similar but non-standardized operations. This is a national, multi-plant role where you manage your own schedule, work directly with plant-level customers, and travel as needed to drive real operational impact.

We work hard, but we do so in an environment that is free of politics and still retains a strong family feel despite our continued growth. We're looking for an engineer who values autonomy, flexibility, and impact-and who wants to help shape the future of our business in a highly visible, high-influence role.
