In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team on advanced systems analysis projects, ensuring solutions meet all performance and security requirements. You will review and test IT systems for compliance, document results, and resolve technical issues across hardware and software components, including COTS and GOTS products. This position involves recommending and integrating new technologies and processes to improve system efficiency and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in system design, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management within secure enterprise environments.
Requirements:
โ€ข Must have the ability to design, develop, and verify IT systems, including power, control systems, software, hardware, and equipment, while managing and tuning technology to achieve expected performance and availability levels.
โ€ข Must possess the ability to develop and review system architectures and models, recommend architectural options and business cases for IT decisions, and oversee major portions of system architecture to ensure long-term scalability and reliability.
โ€ข Must be capable of leading large-scale or complex IT engineering projects, managing installations, maintenance, and support of technical infrastructures, and resolving major technical issues through durable, long-term solutions.
โ€ข Must have the ability to interface with senior leadership, government, and contractor personnel to deliver technical briefs, communicate project status, and provide written and verbal updates on progress, challenges, and proposed resolutions.

โ€ข Must have the ability to develop, implement, and enforce security procedures for design reviews, operational monitoring, and incident response, while applying advanced IT and engineering principles to guide technological and operational development from concept to final product.
โ€ข Must have a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience as an IT Engineer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government, or ten (10) years of experience with a master's degree, or a total of sixteen (16) years of IT Engineer experience if a degree is not held; experience with mobility services is also required.
โ€ข Must have a bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
