Work outdoorsassistingwith wiring, panel connections, inverters, and turbine electrical systems, while supporting the team in troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring systems are safe and operational.

YOUR ROLE IN ACTION

  • Assistwithfinalizingelectrical connections, panels, inverters, and turbine components.

  • Test, inspect, and troubleshoot solar and wind systems to ensure properoperation.

  • Keeping a safe and clean work environment

  • Other labor-related responsibilities

  • Working outdoors for extended periods of times in various weather conditions

TOOLS FOR THE JOB

  • The ability to read andcomprehendsimple instructions and memos

  • Ability to passa pre-employmentbackground,drug,and alcohol screen

  • Able to lift and carry 40+ pounds

  • Willingness to travel andrelocateto the job site (100% travel)

  • Composite or steel toe work boots

Pay Range: $18.00- $25.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility

Individual compensation to bedeterminedbased on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity and by specific location in alignment with applicable pay laws and regulations. Compensation is just one factor of our overall benefits package.
