Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of affiliation agreements and Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs), including drafting, routing, review, execution, and renewal.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for academic departments, university administrative offices, legal counsel, and external partner organizations regarding affiliation agreements.
  • Maintain a centralized database of active agreements and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor agreement expiration and renewal timelines to prevent disruptions to clinical, internship, practicum, and other experiential learning placements.
  • Ensure agreements comply with university policies, accreditation standards, and applicable legal requirements.
  • Track agreement status and provide updates to faculty, administrators, and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain efficient workflows and documentation processes that improve operational effectiveness.
  • Assist academic programs in establishing new partnerships by facilitating timely execution of required agreements.

Qualifications
  • Academic master's degree from an accredited institution in education or a closely related field.
  • Experience in administrative coordination, contract administration, project coordination, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working with contracts, affiliation agreements, or Memorandums of Understanding.
  • Knowledge of accreditation requirements related to clinical, practicum, internship, or experiential learning programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience maintaining confidential records and databases.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The Office of Academic and Intern Support (OASIS) in Annes College is seeking a highly organized and collaborative professional to serve as the Assistant Director of Affiliation Agreements & Partnerships. This position plays a vital role in supporting the College's expanding network of clinical, internship, practicum, and experiential learning partnerships by managing affiliation agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with school districts, clinical sites, hospitals, healthcare systems, community organizations, agencies, and other external partners. This position will provide centralized oversight of affiliation agreements, ensuring timely execution, regulatory compliance, accurate recordkeeping, and effective collaboration with university offices and external partners.
The roots of FSU's Anne Spencer Daves College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences date back to the university's establishment, and it is the oldest college of its kind in Florida. The College is home to six academic departments united through a common goal to maximize human potential. In total, the College includes the Department of Educational Leadership & Policy Studies, Department of Educational Psychology & Learning Systems, Department of Human Development & Family Sciences, Department of Health, Nutrition & Food Sciences, Department of Sport Management, School of Teacher Education, numerous research centers, and three laboratory schools (Florida State University School, FSU Pembroke Pines Charter School, and The Collegiate School at FSU Panama City). Anne's College serves over 4,000 students via approximately 200 full-time faculty and nearly 80 full-time staff.
